Q: How does your company do regarding quality contror?

A: The quality is depend on the price, we have thousands of products, we can't promise that all the products have the same quality, for we need to satisfy different customer's requirements, some one needshigh quality, some one needs low price, it's according to your requirements!

Q: Why your price is higher than other suppliers ?

Q: The shipping cost is too high, can you give me more cheaper shipping cost or free shipping?

A: When we calculate the shipping cost for you, we will use the cheapest and safest courier, and it is shipping company who ask us to pay, we can't give you any cheaper or free, pls kindly understand. But we can promise that we will not ask you to pay more shipping cost, if you think it is too expensive, we can use your own shipping company or agent in China which s cheaper it s ok for us as well.
